Running On Empty became my normal.
Rules of Engagement became survival.

Running On Empty is the reality.
Rules of Engagement are the adjustments I started making because surviving on fumes was no longer working.

Just so I can keep going.

This started as a desperate attempt to do something with the thoughts that were getting too heavy to carry quietly.

Now it’s where I sort through burnout, boundaries, caregiving, resentment, exhaustion, peace, joy, and everything in between.

Here are some entries that explain this space better than any About page ever could.

I didn’t create The ROE Life because I have it all figured out.

I created it because I’m constantly running on empty and need a regular outlet.

Talking to people doesn’t always help.

And trying to explain myself gets exhausting.

So I created something for me — a space to process what I’m carrying, without having to justify it.

So here we are.
